This was a fantastic stay. I moved hotels from the Hotel Healdsburg next door (which was at least double the price and horrible) and thoroughly enjoyed by stay at the Inn. Parking was simple and free. The staff were so kind, helpful and welcoming. They had my room ready early, helped me get settled and accommodated needs for extra waters and recommendations readily and quickly. The room was spacious, clean, and had the most comfortable bed. The nighttime cookies, local recommendations, and helpful welcome packet were most welcome. Free wine tasting and breakfast were offered. The Inn is right on the central Plaza, with dozens of cute shops and restaurants nearby. Don't waste your time or money on the big property next door - stay at this charming and wonderful place! I'll definitely be coming back.

This is a charming property , all the personnel are very attentive to your needs . The fridge was broken in the room and spoiled food and drink. Loud throughout the hotel. No parking. No real amenities (no coffee in room). Great location. Extremely pricey for the offerings. Completely disappointed.
