Third floor no elevator. Room smelled musty. Mold on the bathroom wall. Tub was stained. Water damage around the closet. Missing floor molding with garage in the gap. Covered up with a trash can. Extremely noisy around 6 a m. Train near by as well.

I feel bad, because I try to find positive things to say in a review. However, I have to be honest, and honestly, I felt uncomfortable when staying at this motel. It was very noisy ... Not just because it is located on a very busy street near a very busy intersection. It was noisy because there were two to three guys hanging out in front of the building having very loud conversations. I felt very uncomfortable with the situation, and did not feel safe going to my car because another fellow was sitting right in front of my room. These conversations resumed at midnight and went on another couple of hours. Needless to say, I didn't get much sleep. The kitchenette sink was grimy, and the tub did not look clean, although that was probably because it was old. Although there was some updating (vinyl plank flooring, new toilet, updated TV, heating/ air conditioning unit)), I was disappointed with the overall feel of the room. It did not look like the posted pictures. Needless to say, I will not be staying there again. Oh, the towels were new and clean!

The beds we're comfortable and clean, but that is about it. Our feet were black from walking on the flooring in our room so I do not think mopping happens. The bathtub was so dirty and discolored we didn't shower there. The bathroom sink wouldn't drain so we had to use the kitchen sink. Walls between rooms are very thin. We were kept up all night by our neighbors who were going out to their truck (with an open back full of garbage) every hour. They got into an argument about drugs at about 1am. Right outside our door. We felt a little uncomfortable and almost left.

I was happy for this property and enjoyed my stay. Although not as a modern feel inside, it was clean and the sink - tub/shower area is very modern. Larger room than I needed for myself, definitely could accommodate a small family. Was clean and in very in order. Parking was rather full, but it seemed to be a very popular location. I arrived around 10 pm, check in was rather easy. Got to sleep around 11 pm, train tracks nearby were loud but I was tired and it didn't bother me.

Overall clean room and property. Walls are thin so can hear all the neighbors but the A/C had a perfect volume which drowned out all the other sounds. Easy to get to off the highway and lots of parking. It was within walking distance to the activities we wanted to do. We didn't find the sound of the train to be an issue, in fact we never even heard it but our bathroom window was always closed and we had the A/C on.
