Located within the premier Mayflower Lakeside community on the banks of the Jordanelle Reservoir, this newly constructed condo offers a spacious 1600 square feet of living space. You will find three bedrooms and two bathrooms with plenty of space to sleep up to 8 guests in true comfort.

Offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Mayflower Lakeside has space for your group of friends or your whole family to enjoy a mountain getaway. The open GREAT ROOM is anchored by a contemporary stone fireplace with detail that adds the perfect touch of coziness to this mountain retreat. Above the flames is a large HDTV for streaming Netflix or watching the game, while the spacious sofa and two plush armchairs provide plenty of space to spread out and kick back with cocktails at the end of the day. Outside, there’s a deck PATIO with mountain views.

Back inside, the KITCHEN includes a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a gas range, and refrigerator. On the convenient center island, there’s a Viking dishwasher an under-mount sink surrounded by white quartz countertops, and bar stool seating for three. Next to the kitchen is a DINING AREA with a unique live edge table that seats six. Just around the corner from the kitchen is a LAUNDRY closet with a full-size washer and dryer.

Off of the great room is the PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE. This peaceful hideaway features an incredible king-size bed that faces a mounted HDTV— perfect for resting up in between outdoor adventures. There’s also a glass door leading out to the patio, and an ENSUITE BATHROOM with a double vanity sink and a spacious step-in shower with a glass door.

In the SECOND GUEST BEDROOM, there’s an inviting king-size bed with a large HDTV, and a roomy closet. The third bedroom is a BUNK ROOM with TWO twin over twin bunk beds -----Another FULL BATHROOM with a tub/shower combo can be accessed from the hallway. A queen sofa sleeper is also available in the living room.

Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel Viking appliances, lovely quartz counters, and a center island with convenient seating for three. Dining Room: The dining area has seating for six and lovely surrounding views.
