Overall it was a good stay. The room was good, the bed very comfortable. I didn't find the staff to be very friendly or interact with any of us -in the dining room or at the check in station. They were not rude just seemed to tolerate people.

I didn't like the fact that the pullout bed was horrible,I was trying to fall asleep on broken springs! Underneath the mattress was complete filth!Other than that no issues.

I personally thinnk the property is in need of major renovations. I was placed in a "handicap room", that has very poor venalation. With absolutely no disrepect to others; I am not disabled. The TV was definelty outdated, and needs to be upgraded to an HDMI 55" at minuimum. The pool area should have a hot tub for guess as well. I think the "Suites" in your title should be purged, until renovations are made to this property. I just didn't feel like I was staying in a "suite".

I was disappointed with this property. I have stay at Country Inn & Suites much better. You need a chair in the room other than a desk chair. The Fitted Sheets did not fit the bed. Guy at check out was too busy with his phone to care. Cold coffee in lobby. Breakfast was just ok. Muffins should be individually wrapped. Will check other hotels in the area before coming back.
