Great efficiently run hotel.
Exceeded expectations by a lot. Clean, comfortable, large bathroom. Easy check in even when the reception is not manned. A bit of a hassle with parking, but worth it. Ask the hotel in advance for the parking instructions and any extras. They are very helpful. The city parking machine was only taking cash.

Loved the location of this hotel, and for the price, it is hard to beat. The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff was friendly enough. The beds, however, were less than comfortable, the pillows felt like blocks of concrete and the blankets were much too small.

Das Personal war exzellent, freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer selbst würde ich ein wenig kritisieren. Der Fernseher hat ein blaues Licht, das den ganzen Raum erhellt, wenn es dunkel ist. Als ich den Fernseher eingeschaltet habe, hat zunächst kein Sender funktioniert und lediglich durch das Bewegen des Bildschirms hat es funktioniert. Die Lüftung im Bad ist sehr laut, glücklicherweise läuft sie nicht so lange nach dem Ausschalten des Badlichtes, sodass es nicht so dramatisch war. Kleines persönliches Minus ist, dass es keine Rolläden gibt, sondern nur Vorhänge, das ist einfach nicht so dunkel, wie ich es gewohnt bin.

ホテルに車で行く際は場所がわかりにくいので事前調査を推奨。また車より荷物を降ろす際、ホテル前の自転車道に止め無ければならない、またホテルには駐車場が無いのでホテル推奨の近くの公共施設を利用。翌朝(日曜日)車を出庫する際に駐車券を車中に入れっぱなしにしたので、地下駐車場に入れず困り果てホテルのフロントに助けを求めたところ駐車場施設に連絡をしてくれて入れる入り口を調べてくれ無事車をピックアップできました。ホテルレセプションのトラブル時の親切な対応に感謝、フロントの対応最高でした。

Das Hotel ist am Bismarckplatz gut gelegen um gemütlich auf der Haupstrasse zu flanieren. Wenn auch gut unterhalten, ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen. In unserem Zimmer hatte eines der Fenster gewisse phonische Probleme was dazu führte dass jedesmal wenn ein Tram vorbeifuhr, man das Gefühl hatte das Fenster sei offen. Alles in allem ein guter Tip wenn man ein günstiges, zentral gelegenes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal sucht.
