I absolutely love the location of this hotel! It offers stunning views of the lake, and the main street with all the shops is just a short walk away. Conveniently, there’s also a bus station right across the street, making it easy to get around. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, adding to the overall experience. I appreciated thoughtful amenities like a refrigerator, an iron and ironing board in the room, and the convenience of an elevator, which was especially helpful with our luggage. The breakfast was delightful, with a wide variety of offerings to suit every palate. This will definitely be our go-to place whenever we visit Heidelberg!

Love our stay!!!

It was a perfect location for us to explore Christmas market. We took a bus from the nearest station and the bus stop was happened to be almost right in front of the hotel. That was a nice surprise after a long international flight. The check in was a breeze and the front staff was very nice and we were able to checkin and get into our room before 3 as the room was already clean. The checkout went smoothly. We had a different staff and she was also so friendly. We didn’t choose breakfast option this time as we had another plan so I cannot comment on that. All in all, a fantastic stay!!!

I can honestly say that this was the best stay at a hotel I have ever had. The staff communicated very well before and during my stay, and with so much kindness. The room was very clean and simple. I got a double room despite being a solo traveler, and it was a great amount of space. The view of the river Necker and the Old Bridge was incredible. I was very jet lagged the whole time, so I often was awake at 5am where I could smell the delicious food cooking in the wine cellar. The food was delicious and there were lots of options. I took some of everything! Just a short walk to everything you would want to see. I touched that monkey's hand so I will definitely be back and staying at Hotel Villa Marstall.

Great stay in Heidleberg

We had an incredible stay. The location was perfect being in the old town of Heidelberg. The breakfast was great and I highly recommend paying the small extra fee for it. The service provided by the hotel, in particular Ursula was top notch. Overall a great experience. Thank you.

We can’t say enough good things about our stay at this property! The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful as this was our first stop on our Germany vacation! They made us feel welcome! The location was great. Annie and Ursula were very friendly and helpful! The breakfast was exceptional. Annie was very attentive to us. However, it would have been incredibly helpful if the hotel would have sent us some communication regarding no on-site parking and parking options, especially when arriving in the middle of a Fall Festival.

This is the cutest hotel close to everything. The only issue we had was where to park. Hotel should instruct where to park in their check in instructions. Breakfast was outstanding and they were very accommodating. Highly recommend.
