Better than home from home.
Obviously a personal opinion and reflective of what home is like. Comfortable studio with kingsize bed and twin sinks in the bathroom. Easy 10 minute walk from the main station despite ongoing construction works in the area. Easy connections to the old town and tourist areas.

Excellent room, comfortable and with fine bathroom facilities. It is a bit difficult to reach SUYTES as the access road Czernyring is closed due to roadworks. Tricky if you walk from the train station and cross Montpellierbrucke.

Great place to stay, close to the station.
We stayed here for a week whilst visiting the area. We arrived after reception had closed, however we had been emailed a code to access a box with our keys. The property was spacious and nicely furnished. We had a bedroom and separate lounge/kitchen diner. The dishwasher was out of use and there was a bit of a mix of glasses, maybe some had been broken and not replaced. The kitchen was useful, a toaster would have been useful but not a huge issue. We didn't try the breakfast option. The windows had electric shutters which was very useful in keeping the property cool. Our apartment had air conditioning, we requested this when booking as some apartments don't have air con. The staff we dealt with were very friendly. There was a small self serve bar available at reception at reasonable prices. Around 5 minutes walk from the main station and a few stops on the tram to the main shopping area. Would stay again if in the area.

The accommodation was very good . Our only minor complaint was that the appartment was a bit warm and to cool it down we had to open the windows althouth that meant it was a little noisy next to the road and railway line. Some air conditioning would have helped.It would be helpful if there were some milk sachets or capsules in the fridge as we arrived late and wanted to make a cup of tea. The lady on reception was very helpful and found us some milk from her kitchen

The property was roomy and well equipped. We weren’t confident given some of the reviews but we liked our stay and found it comfortable and pretty quiet. The free laundry in the basement with 2 washers and 2 dryers was a real bonus. We had a car so didn’t test the public transport but it seemed close to a local tram line. The floor was a bit dirty but overall things were clean. We’d stay again

Great “efficiency” type accommodation.
Great location for our trip. Not far from tram stop and easy journey in to town centre. Rooms were very clean and great shower! Beds were comfortable, no complaints from us. One slight issue was aircon is not in ground floor rooms so if it’s a must (and it was unusually hot for a time this summer) then confirm on booking with a message. Reception were very helpful. Great trip.

The room space is above criticism.
The room space is very pleasing. Furniture and equipment is nice. A little bit dark in the evening both in the living room and bedroom especially for a place intended for long stays. The entrance into garage is narrow and steep. Quite intimidating. But overall everything was nice.

Simple, Stylish, Comfy Stay. Staff are A++
Staff were the most helpful one that you can find. They do not operate on a 24hour basis but the opening hour is sufficient. I stayed in the small studio and it is still a very good size for 1 with balcony. It is a stylish, quiet, clean, cozy place with a kitchenette which is an extra bonus. It is situated in a new area with business hotels like this. There is everything that you need for a comfy stay. Hot comfy shower water are guaranteed. Taxi cost around 5-7euro, or you can walk for 10minutes on the overpass bridge.

Staff and hotel were marvelous!
Tip-Top Business Studios. The missing star is for the location. More initial instruction on the site to help people walk/take bus(33) there would be needed when dragging lugguage.
