The hotel was not clean. The front seat could not process our credit card for the $50 deposit required to stay (although the charge later appeared on our card). We were given a third floor room only to learn that the elevator did not work to go down from the third floor after carrying all of our luggage up there. We asked for a new room and were given one with a king bed and not two queens like requested. We needed up cancelling the room and the charge for the deposit and room were still charged on our credit cards. Horrible!

Amazing hotel and staff!!
We had an amazing stay at the Hampton in Helena, MT. The room was large and clean. The staff was able to get us a roll away bed and it fit well in our double queen bed room. CJ was working the front desk when we checked in and each night we were there. He was so friendly and willing to help with any request. We will definitely be staying here in the future

Overall good stay at Hampton Inn, Helena
Rooms nice, except for noisy fridge. Location subject to truck road noises. Not sure what can be done to reduce that impact? Bathroom sink faucet needed some care. Breakfast was very good. Overall good amenities and service.
