Stinky, tv and fridge not working, bed like wood.
Tv had no channels, the room was stinky, the fridge did not work, floor had not been cleaned in several occupancies, and bed was hard as wood. NEVER AGAIN!!!

My reservation includes a paid breakfast. When I checked in yesterday evening, I was told that breakfast is served 6-9am. When I went down at 8:30am this morning, I was told that all food was gone and so breakfast was over. The staff (a lady) who told me so was also incredibly rude, she didn’t apologise at all, and felt that the whole situation was completely fine. She declined to refund anything for a breakfast that I paid for, but luckily I spoke to Expedia afterwards and was given a reasonable refund to buy a breakfast nearby. Apart from this, the hotel room is also very dirty with stain marks on pillow and lots of mould at the extraction fan. I have never stayed at such an appalling hotel. Stay away.

Some of the linens were visibly dirty. Also the pictures show a breakfast sit down area, but breakfast was just microwaveable breakfast sandwiches and great value yogurt and granola bars on the front desk counter.

We will never be back. Not safe
Smoke detector was removed (I doubt this is legal), same with the hair drier. A hole in the wall, drapes falling down, smelly room, ac doesn't work, a horrible old mattress that slants, a couple towels looked like rags, only one bug found though. We have photos but this app isn't letting me add them.

Recommend spending the extra change for another ..
Facility was outdated and unkempt. Washer and dryer was available which was welcomed on this long trip. There was a shady individual staring and wondering our hallway at checkout. The AC and a shower was the only good experience of the stay.

Our room had electrical issues which caused my 2 year old daughter to have burn marks from the outlet shocking her fingers quite a few times not including me using the microwave and hearing the outlet sparking over and over thinking that maybe a fire would start it was very unsafe especially where my daughter got burnt from getting shocked several times very unsafe and being told that everything was fine and that everything electrical was fine when really it wasn't because we had proof that my daughter got burnt and me hearing the electrical issues that was going on

Dirty everywhere. Cant believe this is a viable business. My shower was clogged, water over my feet. Tv remote did not work. Sink hardware was loose. Mold around the entire tub. They never made any attempt at cleanliness in the common areas

Dont stay there.
Terrible hotel. Old and out dated. Seems like a tweeker kind of hotel with sketchy people coming in and out. Front desk lady has aditude, little to know help when asking for advice.

Despite not being fully staffed, check in was a breeze. Room was ok, I didn't like where my room was located in the motel that well because it was right above the dumpster so at the end of the night while I was trying to sleep the bar was shutting down and dumped their trash alright as I was falling asleep. Startled me a bit, but Phillip was there with me.
