"We stayed at this property for a week while we visited Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. This property was a reasonable drive to both and had plenty of room for my family of four.The bedrooms all have very ample space especially the two upstairs rooms (master and double queens). Tons of closet space and empty drawers for all rooms. Garage easily find my mid-size SUV.Heater worked efficiently and kept us cozy. Hot tub provided a great way to enjoy the beautiful night sky.The only area of the house that feels small is the kitchen; it can be hard to have more than one person in there at a time. But kitchen is adequately stocked with every all the basics a family would need.Views from the house are extraordinary! The red rocks against the back of the house create privacy and views out the back of the house, and the font of the house has sweeping views of the plateau across the valley. Absolutely stunning!I would definitely stay at this property again. We loved it!"

"We had a great stay over thanksgiving week with our dog. Beautiful hike right out the door. 10 minutes into town and around 30 min to arches. Great biking nearby. We loved having the garage for our bikes! Enough space to comfortably relax at home after a busy day outside. The fireplace was a nice touch. Kitchen had what we needed to cook a Thanksgiving meal. Owner was responsive and helped us adjust our booking last minute. Would stay here again! :) "

"My wife & I just spent 10 nights at this home for our annual Moab mt bike trip. It was one of the best VRBO homes we've ever stayed at. The bedrooms had very comfortable beds with large closets. The complex is convenient to town & the mt biking trails but still far enough away to be quiet. There was nothing to complain about. We will definitely stay here again on our 2025 trip to Moab."

"We spent 6 nights at this condo. We were very pleased, the condo was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed to prepare breakfast (we did not cook any meals). Very quiet neighborhood, the outdoors of the condo complex are very well taken care of. We did not use the pool. Good location to the various sites we visited (Arches NP, Canyonlands NP, Dead Horse State Park, Castle Valley, Moonflower Canyon and Kane Creek Road). Nice neighborhood to walk, follow Westwater Drive to the end and you have a nice view of the green Moab Valley and surrounding mountains. Almost at the top are some nice petroglyphs. It was just a few miles to downtown. Our favorite place was Rooted Vine, great offering of wine and small bites (all five star reviews). We tried to go to the Desert Bistro but could not get a reservation. Tom was very responsive when we had trouble turning on the TV (written instructions would have been helpful). He sent someone that same day and problem was fixed (one particular button had to be pushed to make it work). We would be happy to stay at this condo again in the future. "
