Wonderful,relaxing stay. Beds very comfortable. Clean and quiet rooms. Breakfast has a wide selection and caters for gluten and dairy intolerances. Excellent location near Old Market.

A pleasant stay in an elegant atmosphere
I stayed at Hotel Haven twice, and I would probably stay there again. The rooms I stayed in were very spacious - one of them was differently refurbished but overall they both had a classic vibe without feeling old fashionable. They have Byredo toiletries in the bathroom and good quality robes and towels - I would have just expected something more from a five star hotel in terms of amenities (like a shower cap or a dental kit), but nothing essential was missing. Breakfast is served in a very beautiful and evocative location and offers good quality products and a good level of variety. The hotel location is also great, very central in Helsinki and with beautiful surroundings. The hotel staff is professional and very effective.

A well appointed hotel with friendly staff that has the feel of a boutique hotel. Conveniently situated a few steps away from the heart of Helsinki. Very comfortable and spacious rooms. The buffet breakfast was delicious, with numerous local and traditional breakfast options to choose from. Highly recommend and would definitely return.
