Staying at Bob W in Helsinki was like stepping into a luxury dream with all the comforts of home! The room was absolutely stunning—beautifully presented and packed with thoughtful details. From the fully equipped kitchen to the private laundry space and, yes, a sauna right in the room, it had everything we could possibly need. Christina and the concierge team were next-level amazing, going above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. We had a beautiful two-story suite with a small kitchen area, sitting area, two bedrooms, and a sauna, quite near the harbor. Comfy bedding, good location, eco-friendly.

Bad experience.
The room smelled strongly of paint and no windows would open. It gave my wife a headache. We tried to open the door to the garage and use fans to air it out. It didn’t work after a few hours. Two other rooms were offered but we never got correct codes for them and the entire floor smelled of marijuana. There was no one to help after 4pm. Bob was extremely slow to answer texts and did not answer the phone…ever. Not a good place for a family. We did not stay at the property and left after wasting half a day of vacation. Bob doesn’t want to give a refund. This was not a cancellation. It was an unacceptable accommodation. Don’t stay there.

The location, size of the apartment, cleanliness and communication all exceeded our group of 11's expectations. Being near the water and the tram was perfect! The building was very secure. Loved the rooftop bar and went there every night! Used the grocery in the building several times. Just perfect!

Had a great stay at Bob W - stayed in the family room - super comfortable beds and a great bunk bed for the kids. The property was immaculate; great location with amenities nearby and the kids loved the instant camera. Great sustainability credentials too - Would definitely look to stay here again.
