Empty hotel
There was no breakfast buffet but a paper bag with some breakfast was left in a fridge for us. No staff whatsoever (self service checkin), no pool or spa area (as is shown in all fronted pictures at hotels.com) - we felt we got a bit ripped off as these things were not clear when booking.

Felt like staying in an abandoned hotel
It was pretty strange as there was no staff. And very few guests. It felt like we were staying in an abandoned hotel that was really expensive. We specifically booked this place for the sauna and spa but upon arrival it was found to be closed. I understand this because of covid but there was no mention at all of this when we booked. We did receive an email that said there was no reception and no breakfast available until 26 December but we were going for new years eve and new years day so it didn't bother us but after text messaging a staff member after check in we discovered everything was closed. The room was fairly small, but it was warm, the walls are thin so you can hear the other few guests in their rooms. But it is on the ski slope so was very easy to go skiing etc. There is also a kitchen available. If I was made aware or the current situation of the hotel I would have booked a different place.

Urusel standard med helt utslitet rum
Rummet var så slitet att jag faktiskt aldrig sett något liknande, trots ett flitigt hotellboende. Väggarna i rummet var smutsiga, liksom möblerna. Möblerna var också trasiga. Avloppsrören verkade dessutom inte spolade. Det krävdes flera spolningar vid toalettbesök. För detta debuterade man ett fullt pris, vilket enbart kan förklaras med girighet och fullständig respektlöshet mot gästerna. Servicen i receptionen var mycket vänlig. Kritiken riktats helt till ägare och driftsansvariga.

Slitent hotell med partyfaktor i påsken
Vi booket i påsken og det anbefales ikke for folk over 25 år. Party hele natten. Hotellet er slitent og trenger en oppgradering og kvalitetsheving for å være et høyfjellshotell.

Incheckning 2, 5 timmar efter utsatt tid. Vattenläcka från taket i restaurangen. Lång kö till frukost. Fick fel mat vid middagen. Rummet debiterades två gånger. Det som vägde upp var trevlig personal. Bra väder samt bra res sällskap. Hotell med bra potential men finns mkt att förbättra .

Tilbake til 70-tallet
Grei plass å sove. Dårlig ventilasjon, lite plass på rommet, ingen skap for å henge fra seg. Grei frokost, men gjestene måtte rydde av bordene. Dryppet vann fra taket og bygget/inventaret var i dårlig stand. Personalet hilste ikke vi gikk forbi resepsjonen. Hotellet har bra beliggenhet.
