Property was very beautiful and clean. Maybe work on customer service while waiting in line to check out over heard a front desk clerk/receptionist answering phone and speaking a little rude. Definitely not coming back

Stay was good I tried to extend my stay and front desk want able to help me do to booking stay thru third party so was left to check out and have to get another room when I could’ve just been extended all other hotel are able to accommodate. Beside that hotel is very nice just customer service could be improved.

I reported very poor race-based treatment by my waiter @ the premier restaurant to the manager and hotel manager. I was promised follow-up and did not receive it from either. It was very emotionally damaging and my treat abhorent by the lead waiter. I did absolutely nothing to deserve the treatment I received. It was so shocking, I had to abandon my meal. I will not return to or recommend the hotel. It was my second time staying at this property.

The M resort is a great modern place to stay away from the strip. I do think can add another restaurant option as they only have a few currently. Very clean and modern room, but beds are older and stiff for me. The chairs in my room were a little worn out as well. Things to note if staying here: The spa and pools close fairly early though at 6 pm. The sushi restaurant is closed Tuesday and Wednesday. I was on hold for 10 minutes to ask for some things for my room. Overall it’s a great local spot that has a modern feel and linked with the sports teams.
