The staff and service both in the hotel and the restaurant were attentive and friendly. Location is excellent for walking. We even walked to the palace.

Booked for one night to have easy access to port next morning. All was fine. Simply note that economy room has frosted windows only so you cannot see outside. Small rooms. Perhaps upgrade if you plan on staying there for a few days

Good center city location to enjoy walking and outdoors culture of cafes, restaurants, pedestrian streets. My issue with this hotel was particular to me. I am 5ft 6 inches and weigh 128 lbs. the pillows offered at this hotel are hard and extra plump. I could not sleep until I got rid of the pillows and stuffed a pillowcase with towels creating something lower that suited my neck.

Nice hotel – located close to many restaurants in town. Our room had a shower leak which was not fixed during our 3 night stay. The hotel did provide extra towels to keep the floor dry There is always someone at the front desk in the hotel. Breakfast was provided in the adjacent café which was very good. Our hotel contact Costas was exceptinal and provided us with excellent suggestions on places to visit by car while in Heraklion. The parking garage Iraklio Center Parking is a 5 minute walk but the closest to the hotel.

Urban gem in Heraklion.
Centrally located on the most beautiful square in Heraklion, all rooms have nice view of the cathedral and square. The room was spacious with a private balcony. Very well appointed and in mint condition. The staff were very accommodating and gave me great places to eat and sites to see as well as how to get to them efficiently and cheaply. Highly recommend this gem. Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed in the rooftop suite with hot tub for our honeymoon. The room and hotel was beautiful, provided breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very helpful. The location award also excellent and close to many shops and restaurants. The only issues we had were related specifically to the suite; we almost had to go to the hospital as the balcony seemed as though it had not been cleaned, was extremely muddy and got very slippery after using the hottub just once, resulting in my partner falling and hitting her head quite severely. The hottub also did not get cleaned once and was unusable by the third day as it smelled terrible.
