"All the stars to this Residence Inn. The location was good and close to amenities like food and shopping. The staff, and I mean the whole staff, was terrific from the get-go. Front desk, housekeeping, tech, kitchen, and maintenance were all top-notch. We used the pool and hot tub most days; the gym area was clean and offered bottle refills. I had a heavy week of work planned with my partner and we needed a room to spread out and have stations for training our client. The room was perfect. Our bedroom was a separate room, leaving us some privacy while the living/work/kitchen area allowed for ample workspace. I travel for work several times a year, and this hotel will be my go-to for Midland and the Tri City area. Thanks!"

"This place is beautiful the entryway is open with a nice fireplace and the safe was Soo nice, check In was quick and easy. The only thing that we were disappointed in was that the hot tub was out of order. The pool was open late which was nice since we got in late but we were all looking forward to the hot tub after a long drive and the cold weather. "
