The apartment is located in the idyllic district Broggingen, at the foot of the Black Forest. Ideal starting point for hikers and bikers. The health resort Freiamt is with about 12 km as close as the Europapark Rust. High quality equipped apartment, about 70 square meters, with open living / kitchen area, dream bathroom, separate bedroom in the gallery and balcony. Two pull-out two-seater seats up to a total of 6 guests. The apartment is accessible via external staircase and separate access. Free space in the garden is available. A parking space in the carport is exclusively available to our holiday guests.

Open plan living / kitchen area, separate bedroom in the attic with second flat screen TV, west-facing balcony. Modern bathroom with corner bath, large round shower, bidet. The living area is designed barefoot friendly with Canadian wild maple parquet. Through the consistently glazed west facade of the living area is flooded with light. Over two glass doors, the west balcony is accessible, where you can enjoy the last rays of sunshine in the evening. Underfloor heating in the bathroom.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 08:00 to 11:00.

Schöne Wohnung in entspannter Lage
Die Galerie über den Gärten war eine schöne, großflächige, gemütliche Wohnung, in der wir mit Vergnügen unser Wochenende verbrachten. Das Bad und der Balkon (selbst bei Minusgraden) waren ein Highlight. Broggingen ist ein ruhiges Örtchen mit einigen Möglichkeiten zum Erkunden. Die Lage der Wohnung direkt vor dem Rathaus sorgte dafür, dass wir an Silvester ein tolles Feuerwerk sehen konnten. Nur zu empfehlen. PS: Einziger kleiner Makel ist das Küchenbesteck; eine große Kelle und mehr zum Pfanne-Rühren wären super. Hingegen Gefreut haben wir uns über die Senseo-Maschine :)

Urlaub in schöner Gegend
Sehr herzlicher und sympathischer Empfang vor Ort. Unterkunft wie beschrieben, sauber und sehr ruhig gelegen (perfekt für Ausflüge und EuropaPark). Eigener Stellplatz im Carport. Wir würden wieder kommen und nochmals vielen Dank

Erholsame Tage in Broggingen
Die Wohnung ist einfach perfekt! Sehr gemütlich mit der offenen Galerie. Das Badezimmer ist topt alles! Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Schwarzwald, Vogesen und den Europa-Park. Vermieter sind mega nett und sehr hilfbereit. Parken im Carport möglich....was will man mehr?
