The remote would not change channels or work the volume. There was a big crack under the door that anything could crawl under. I was disappointed, I have always enjoyed staying at Best Westerns, this one was an old building. Did not realize when I booked the room that it was a open to outdoor room.

We had a great experience. Even though the pool was closed the manager on site Elizabeth did an amazing job accommodating us. We need a shower chair for my daughter and she gelped us out. Such great customer service. I am so happy that we decided to stay here.

We were tucked away, our window got 0 light, we had to step outside to see any light or sky. The wofi was so poor the tv provided by the hotel often cut out and didnt work on the tv let alone our phones and switch.

The sleeping area seemed clean enough. But the bathroom, particularly the tub looked dirty. There was a dirty ring in the tub that luckily I had some wipes to clean it out. There was also a strong unpleasant odor in the room.

Fantastic on all counts
Was on a 10 day bicycle ride and this was the best hotel on the trip. Room was absolutely huge and well furnished. Front desk was engaging and efficient. Breakfast had a bunch of options and was the best on my trip. Great lication as well with access to several restaurants
