A gorgeous self catering home and guest annexe with epic country views in 3 acres just 5 mins from Hay on Wye.

9 king size beds, 8 baths, impressive dining hall for 21, big kitchen, 3 lounges & more... Sleeps 18 adults and plus 3 adults on sofabeds and some children on blow up beds. MAX 26 people.

Fresh Water Cedar Clad Hot tub, gravelled games room with table tennis and darts, outside dining courtyard with brick built coal bbq!

Enjoy stargazing, hiking, great local restaurants or catered meals, lots of activities onsite or offsite.

Perfect for multi-generational family getaways, micro weddings or hen or stag dos or friendship groups/book clubs/yoga retreat groups. All welcome, including children and dogs.

A minimum 3 nts for: Easter & Bank Holidays and weekdays, 7 nights for Summer school hols and 2 nights all other weekend dates..When booking direct, this includes late checkout of 2pm (where possible/available when no other guests expected later that day).
