The living room is equipped with a comfortable seating, TV and radio. The dining area for 4 people standing in front of the south-east facing windows. From here, guests will find access to the peaceful balcony looking to the garden and spend some relaxing sunshine. Also integrated open in the living area is a modern full kitchen incl. Refrigerator, dishwasher, oven with ceramic hob etc. The spacious bedroom is furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200) and ample closet space. The bathroom has a bath and sink / toilet and is also located on the lower level.
