New building 2018 with underfloor heating and two balconies (to the south and east). The modern and very comfortably furnished 4-room apartment has three separate bedrooms. one of them has an attached spacious ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. The two other bedrooms share an additional shower room. From the living room with kitchenette and dining area it goes on both balconies. The apartment also has a hallway with cloakroom and a small storage room next to the kitchen. The apartment has a covered parking space on the property. Villa Teutonia is located about 300m from the beach promenade. The center and the well-known Ahlbecker pier are about 8-10 minutes walk.

From summer 2018 we welcome you in our new house, the "Villa Teutonia". The house is near the beach and close to the center in the seaside resort Ahlbeck. In addition to 4 chic apartments with balcony or terrace and partially. Underfloor heating, there is a special family apartment with terrace and play equipment on the ground floor. All apartments are modern and very comfortably furnished. The car parking spaces are located on the property. An elevator is available. The center and the well-known Ahlbecker pier are about 8-10 minutes walk

Sehr schöne Wohnung, aber Achtung: versteckte Kosten!
Die Ferienwohnung ist, wie auf den Fotos abgebildet, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und in gutem Zustand, die Betten sind hervorragend und die FeWos schallisoliert, man hört nichts von den Nachbarn. Ärgerlich sind allerdings die im Inserat nicht erwähnten zusätzlich entstehenden Kosten für den W-LAN-Zugang von 1,50 € pro Tag und Gerät. Das kann sich bei einer größeren Familie leicht summieren. Auch hat Ahlbeck eine sehr hohe Kurtaxe (wir haben für 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder von 11, 14 und 16 Jahren 89,- € bezahlt, was im Vergleich sehr viel ist). Das bitte bei der Buchung berücksichtigen. Sonst alles schick, man ist in 3 Minuten am Strand und der Promenade und kann einen schönen Urlaub haben.

Es war alles sauber und alles da was man brauchte, wir sind jetzt schon zum 2. mal in der Ferienwohnung gewesen und würden immer wieder gerne kommen .
