Housekeeping, shuttle and kitchen crue were polite, friendly and respectful. Their service was great and of great quality. The front desk crue however was not friendly, didn’t wear a name tag and seemed to be bothered when guests asked for anything. The parking lot had some safety hazards as there was the exit gate always closed and cars had to make u-turns or back up to be able to exit.

The staff failed to confirm our booking for our 2nd night there. They were full and unable to allow us to stay. We had to move to another hotel -the Royal Palm Palace Hotel. The staff would not allow the hotel shuttle to drive us to Royal Palm; however, they did call a cab. The Royal Palace booked us immediately and it turned out was a much nicer hotel with way better amenities!
