La habitación pudiera contar con algunas amenidades que mejorarian la experiencia del cliente (plancha, caja fuerte, toallas en buenas condiciones), ademas la limpieza en general en la habitación es mala. Un punto favorable es que es pet friendly y al parecer solo 2 hoteles en hermosillo lo son.

I have stayed at other Ibis hotels in the past but this one was disappointing. It’s supposed to be 3 stars but I would say it’s more like a 2. It was clean enough but not great. Could have used some more sweeping/mopping. The rooms are very small They don’t use fitted sheets or mattress protectors so the mattress is left exposed (I stayed in 2 rooms and this was true for both) They dont provide separate shampoo/conditioner (just an “all in one”/hands/shampoo/conditioner) They only give you one towel per person, no hand towel or face towel or anything else. We also got unlucky and had a massive group of teenage girls staying the night and they were knocking on all doors including ours several times. Not the hotel’s fault though, but noise isolation wasn’t great. It’s a good enough place for a night, and if you go with the expectation of a 1-2 star hotel and not 3. The pros? The restaurant was good! And parking included at no extra cost. Close to main sightseeing spots.
