Needs lots of TLC. Not really up to the high standards Hyatt is known for. Breakfast was good, but serving and eating area was messy & dirty; too few staff. Same for housekeeping staff. These problems were the result of poor management and not enough attention to staffing and training. Could be fixed easily by improving management’s commitment to customer service and QA/QC.

Arriving at midnight the shuttle quit at 11:30 so we needed to get a taxi but when we arrived at the hotel there was nobody to check us in nor the other guests who had already been waiting quite a while already. We slept well though.
