The staff were helpful and friendly, the room clean and tidy although the green cardboard cups for teas drinking had off putting brown stains around the bottom of the inside.
We were leaving very early Saturday morning so went to the restaurant for and evening meal on the Friday about 7pm to be told meals were off as there was no chef on a Friday...... it resulted in a 400yds walk to the local KFC. as a substitute.!!

Out of date chalet style room. very cold as door opened straight onto outside. Ok, There's a partition door but cold air comes straight in.
I asked for a double and got a twin. If I wanted to sleep in a single bed, I would have asked for one.
Luckily I was only staying on my way to the ferry, and for that, it was adequate.

Dear Customer,We do everything to ensure that our customers are satisfied but here I see that this is not the case and I do not see why?Beyond the fact that you don't like the decoration, I invite you to go to the expedia site on which you made your reservation from February 10 to 11 with a standard room, 2 single beds and if that did not suit us, it you just had to tell us orally and not by writing a message two days after your arrival, which leaves us no chance of satisfying you.CordiallyfrancisDeputy

Overall the accommodation was OK, very minor issues with lack of replacement coffee/tea. Main issue was incorrect billing, with a charge for four sets of breakfasts when only 1 was taken.
Error was pointed out and bill amended.
