Lovely property lovely location, exactly what was needed. Kids loved it, so i'd say it was geared up for children, though not so much for under 4s. Food and drink quality slightly lacking. Entertainment was a bit too samey, but overall such a great holiday.

Schöner Aufenthalt bei sehr nettem Personal!
Im Allgemeinen war es sehr schön und wir hatten eine sehr angenehme Zeit dort verbracht!! Manche Sachen könnten besser sein, man kann aber nichts ändern, es handelt sich um ein altes Hotel, das sehr bald renoviert werden muss! Die Zimmer sind ok, die Reinigung war sehr gut, in der Taverne Frau Giouli die Bedienung, sowie die beiden Köche Lefteris und Vangelis machen ausgezeichnete Arbeit, sind sehr freundlich und bemühen sich für das Beste!! Das ganze Personal ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit, offen, will von sich erzählen und ein Teil des Urlaubs werden! Alle sind sehr froh, wenn man ihnen ein gutes Wort über ihre Arbeit sagt, sie lobt und natürlich sie machen den Aufenthalt angenehm und zum besonderen Erlebnis! Meine Familie und meine Freunde waren sehr begeistert von der Gastfreundschaft, der Qualität der Gastronomie, von der Valentina und dem Rahmenprogramm, von der Vielfalt und dem großen Angebot! Sehr bald müssen aber alle Stein-Böden frisch lackiert und die Löcher gefüllt werden, damit die Anlage überhaupt sauberer aussieht! An der Rezeption sind manche neuen Sessel nötig, die Fenster der Taverne müssen sofort gereinigt und die Lichter gewechselt werden, (sie machen einem sehr müde), die Tore mit dem Müll vom Restaurant direkt neben dem Eingang des Hotels müssen geschlossen bleiben, es sieht ja schrecklich aus, wenn man ankommt und vieles vieles mehr, damit man sich nicht so sehr unterstellt fühlt, in diesem Hotel zu wohnen und nicht in den beiden benachbarten Mitsis!!

I was very pleased with customer service. All staff are extremely nice, kind and always enthusiastic to help with any queries. Regarding hotel entertainment, could be improved, even taking to the account that it was off season.

Nice hotel with own beach
Bed was really firm which ment no sleep for me for a week. Rooms were small and could of been cleaner. Wifi was sketchy and limited so my husband had to buy extra data so he could send emails for work. Nearest town is a taxi ride away so you are limited to resort unless you don't mind taxis. All inclusive food was very good, cocktails awful but still a lovely place to be in May. I wouldn't book when high season. Would be too crowded.

Comme discuté précédemment avec le personnel sur place : Les alentours des piscines sont glissants et dangereux. Les wc dans les zones communes sont rarement propres. Le lit double a 2 matelas est décevant. Pour le reste le service est de bonne qualité.

Hôtel village tout en hauteur, beaucoup de marches à grimper. Plage pas terrible faite de gravillons, pas très agréable. La restauration est correcte sans être exceptionnelle mais c'est assez bon malgré tout. La chambre est grande et assez confortable.

Excellent village vey family oriented. A lot of activities with mini club, animationss, mini-disco etc... The pools are not heated but we had the chance of plenty of sunshine in October. The food is of high quality. A lot of fresh and lovely prepared dishes. The 2 restaurants a la carte offers a very good culinary experience. Thanks a lot to all the team of the village especially thankx to Elena DAMILAKI for always smiling, helping, guiding and wormly welcoming.

Loistava hinta-laatu -suhde ja mahtava palvelu
Alku lähti hieman kankeasti käyntiin, koska meillä oli ongelmia tilatun lentokenttäkuljetuksen kanssa. Juttelin asiasta manageri Eva Fragkiadakin kanssa ja asia hoidettiin erittäin upeasti ja hän piti huolen että 2vko reissumme oli muilta osin täydellinen. Meillä oli iso perhehuone, mikä oli tilava kolmen lapsen kanssa matkustaessa ja siistissä kunnossa. Altaat ja ranta olivat hyviä. Joiltain osin resortti voisi hyötyä pienestä kasvojenkohotuksesta, mutta sellainenkin on kuulemma tulossa pian uuden Mitsis-brändin alla. Ruoka oli all-inclusive resortiksi varsin maistuvaa, vaikkei valikoima ollutkaan valtava joihinkin isompiin verrattuna. Erityisesti hotellin aulabaarissa drinkit olivat poikkeuksellisen hyviä. Lapset nauttivat kerhosta ja kehuivat vetäjiä todella mukaviksi. He halusivat osallistua useana päivänä ja nauttivat eri aktiviteeteista. Erityisesti muihin vastaaviin verrattuna voi mainita sen, että vettä ja muita juomia ja jopa olutta voi hakea useasta paikasta ihan itse ilman jonotusta, vaikkapa omalla terassilla nautittavaksi. Tässä resortissa henkilökunnan asenne ja palveluhalu oli omaa luokkaansa. Jos sitä arvostaa, niin suosittelen lämpimästi. Hinta lomalle oli valitsemassamme huoneluokassa (5hlö) varsin kohtuullinen ja paikka todella tarjosi rahoille vastinetta. Meillä oli hieno ja onnistunut loma!
