General condition of site was good, and the theme fitted well with the environment. The only disappointing things were one lady that didn't shut up talking outside half the night and young people at the bottom of the stairs smoking their hoochiewanna.

The property did not look like the pictures, it was very old and run down. The bedding and soft decor was very old and tired, the pillows were almost flat.

We liked that the property was ground level, it was dog friendly, which we were looking for. close to the walking path and view of the water. It had a private & quite feel. It suited our needs, which is what I look for when booking. The only thing missing was a Tea towel.

It was nothing like the photograph above. Too small. Bathroom vanity was only big enough for a toothbrush. Nowhere to put items in the bathroom. No Mirror. Floors were dirty. One chair. Booked for 2 nights only stayed one. You get what you pay for I guess.

There is no available wifi and you have to go onto your balcony to get any decent reception on your own device. I'm sure it's fine for a holiday but if you're travelling for business, steer clear
