Staff was friendly, easy check in and room was comfortable. Room wasn’t the cleanest and the shower area is looking old and worn out , tiled area in bathroom is about an inch higher than the carpet with a square steel edge to it which really hurts when you kick your toe on it

Overall pleasant but dated. What was very poor though is the spring loading on apartment doors. Every door would slam closed and make a very loud noise. We were woken up so many times, including from as early as 5 am when other guests left their rooms whether checking out or just going to exercise.

We loved our stay at the Mantra. The view from the balcony over the harbour was beautiful and so peaceful. The room we booked (a studio) was small but priced accordingly and the balcony was where we spent our time anyway. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed walking along the beach path into Uranguan. Check in was easy. Staff very attentive. Rooms spotless. Cafes and restaurants just down stairs. We can't wait to stay again.

The price was too high for what you get. The room was very outdated. Worn out furnishings. The TV did not have smart access or a remote that worked properly with it, this limited the comfort when needing to be inside. The Air conditioning was not sufficient for the size of the apartment. If the windows had screens on them or a screen door on the slider then the aircon would not be needed as much. It was spacious and clean. The bath was great for kids. The view was lovely.
