Architecturally sophisticated villa

Architecturally sophisticated villa with plenty of space for upscale holidays. Located on the Möncheberg, in the middle of the Weserbergland Nature Park with its numerous historic sights, the domicile is the ideal starting point for hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing and sightseeing. The non-visible 4. 500m² plot with panoramic views, offers plenty of privacy and with its outdoor seating and fireplace a high recreational value. The billiard table and the open fireplace in the huge living room guarantee convivial evenings. Within a five-minute walk, the romantically located, heated outdoor pool invites you to swim in the summer. In the immediate vicinity are some top restaurants and the rat-catcher town Hameln with its famous old town. The house has a family room with cot, an optional third mattress on slatted base and a changing table. Toys, a child seat, a children's toilet seat and a washing machine are available. From 2020 there is another bedroom available, so that 11 guests can stay overnight.

Note: Prices vary according to season and number of guests. For up to four people, the house costs in the high season (May to September and between Christmas and New Year) . Each additional guest costs 15 €. In low season, the house costs 80 € per day for up to four people. Each additional guest costs 10 €. For bookings under four days, a lump sum of 800 € in the high season and 600 € in the low season is charged. For 10 € per guest towels and bed linen can be booked.

Belle maison et grands espaces
Maison spacieuse avec tout le comfort, grand jardin avec terrasse, barbecue, jeux. Les propriétaire font confiance en laissant la plupart de leurs affaires. C'est à respecter. Attention au tapis, présent dans toutes les pieces... Seul reproche: indiquer "piscine" dans l'annonce de la location alors qu'il s'agit d'une piscine extérieure publique et payante ... l'annonce de la location

Das Haus war wie beschrieben. Großer Garten mit vielen Spielutensilien für Kinder und Babys. Der Billardtisch führte zur netten Abwechslung. Nahezu alles ist mit Teppichboden ausgelegt. Allerdings waren im Kellergeschoss viele Spinnen, ein muffiger Geruch und die Schubladen in der Küche teilweise sehr dreckig. Der Kontakt zu dem Hausmeister ging sehr gut. Er antwortete schnell.

Schöne Umgebung und kinderfreundlichen Garten
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem Haus. Wandermöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke und einen großen Garten mit viele Spielsachen für die Kinder. Im Haus war alles vorhanden was man sich wünschen. Wir würden es wieder buchen

Frohe Ostern
Was für ein tolles Haus! Viel Platz, super Ausstattung, tolle Gegend.... Wir hatten trotz Regentagen ein schönes Osterfest. Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Alle hatten genug Platz, es gibt Bücher und Spielzeug (auch für die Kleinsten), die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, der Garten schön und ein bisschen verwildert. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen!!

Schöner Ort für 1 Woche Urlaub
Liegt leider mitten im Nirgendwo aber gut um mal abzuschalten. Aber für mehr als eine Woche wäre das nichts für mich. Waren auch evtl. zur Falschen Jahreszeit dort. Aber wirklich die Umgebung erkunden bzw. Sehenswürdigkeiten erkunden, war eher weniger geeignet für diese Jahreszeit. Aber der Aufenthalt an sich war super.

Haus wie beschrieben
Es war wieder ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt für uns 12 Personen. Räumlichkeiten groß genug für unsere Zockertour. Werden gerne wieder das Haus buchen , da auch die Anfahrt für uns sehr gut war. Zu Empfehlen für Gruppen bis 12 Personen.

Gut für Familientreffen und Freunde
Wir waren mit der Band dort, um in Ruhe ein Wochenende zu arbeiten. Große Gemeinschaftsräume und viele Schlaf- und Badezimmer waren entscheidend. Da punktet das Haus. Zudem ist man sofort in der Natur. Allergiker müssen eventuell aufpassen, da das Haus viele dicke Teppiche und Felle hat. Für uns war es nahezu perfekt.

Gut ausgestattet, sauber und viel Platz
Die Beschreibung und die Fotos entsprach dem Haus genau. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet, was bspw. die Küchenutensillien angeht. Es sind genügend Stühle und Betten vorhanden um auch bei voller Belegung keine Probleme zu haben. Das Grundstück ist wunderbar groß und bietet viele Möglichkeiten zur Beschäftigung vor Ort. Alles in Allem sehr empfehlenswert

Ideal für ein Familientreffen
Das Haus ist mit allem großzügig ausgestattet. In der Küche fehlte es an nichts; etwas weniger an Kochgeschirr hätte uns die Vorbereitung eher erleichtert. Die Wohnräume sind für den Aufenthalt mit einer Großfamilie ideal: hell, geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit schönem Ausblick in den parkähnlichen Garten. Spielzeug ist reichlich vorhanden. Die Umgebung bietet zahlreiche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten - auch an Regentagen. Im fußläufig erreichbarem Waldschwimmbad wurden wir von sehr freundlichem Personal empfangen. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

A beautiful private place for good friends to enjoy a 40-years friendship
Apart for the billiardguys ( they left at 4 oclock) and the powercut the first night when I fell from the stairs, it was so great everywhere in the house inside and out
