Tired room in need of redecoration.
Check in was problematic as the phone number stuck on the door had to be called 3 times before anyone answered. The room looked tired and in need of a redecoration. A replacement window in the bathroom still had plastic foil over it from its installation, and the basin mount was broken with chipboard poking out around the tap. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, and the room just generally looked unloved. The only redeeming feature was the breakfast which was included and was tasty.
