"There were aspects that were very pleasant about the place. But the fact that the ground rules were not placed in the info about the place was very disrespectful. Positives • The layout of the upstairs was good Negatives • the layout with the downstairs was weird and no top sheets on the bunk beds. • Hot tub •••limited hours ••• must wear clothing ••• you expected us to maintain it with chemistry ••• awkward having to go from the front of the house to the hot tub • Trash & recycling, which we know how to separate ••• expecting the renter to put the trash out on Friday We will never rent this location ever again"
