Our stay was fine, and the staff were friendly and courteous. There was a strong smell from cleaning products when we entered the room; we assume this is because the hotel is pet-friendly. It wasn't unbearable by any means but it didn't have the same "clean room feeling" we're used to in other hotels. The pool was closed for the winter so we can't rate that, but our stay was pleasant and we felt safe traveling with kids. We were pleasantly surprised to be able to a walkable fast-food option next door.

Staff was friendly and helpful. And we were very impressed with the amenities and furnishings of the room. The room was designed with customer convenience in mind. In fact I would rate the room as one of the most convenient we have ever stayed in at any price level. We plan to stay here again any time we travel through this area!
