Basic hotel
As many reviewers have mentioned, it's a five story building with no working elevators al you'll have to carry your bag up the stairs. The shower has a translucent panel and opens to the room so it may be inconvenient if you are sharing a room with someone other than your spouse. Towels are pretty worn out and there is no bar at the hotel. Other than that, location is good, rooms were clean and breakfast was great.

Terrible; No elevators service, we were in a 4th floor, we're senior citizen, we had to use stairs several times, no ice machines or dispensers at all, a/c unit to noisy in the room, overall from 1 to 10. 3

Well the elevator were not working..we were on the 3rd floor..the restaurant and bar were closed..couldnt get any ice

Everything was great food, location and room, only bad thing is no elevator and we had to go up 4 sets of stairs, no bellboy nothing, that in itself would be a deal breaker for future business with this property, great thing was the town and the breakfast.

5 story hotel without an elevator.
Learned from management that elevator has not been operational since opening day. Our room was on 4th floor and staff helped carry luggage. Room had a very strong burnt plastic odor from sun damaged shades. Nice hotel - very sad situation.

The facilities are ok. Front desk hotel are pretty neutral, they are there to do their job but won't go out of their way to make up for whatever the hotel is missing. Average prices range from 50 to 60 USD. The best thing about the hotel is the location.

The elevators were out of service, we were asigned to floor 5 and had to carry by ourselve our luggage. I was two days there and didn't see someboby trying to fix it. The toilet paper was insufficient.

The elevators don't work.
This is the second year that we stay at this hotel on our way to the Ultra Maraton de Canones in Guachochi. The elevators did not work in 2016; and, again in 2017. For the price of $100.00 per night, those elevators should be working, or disclose that they don't work and lower the price. We are tired from the drive and we still have to lug our suitcases upstairs. I was on floor 4.

Great location, comfortable rooms, convenient parking. We avoided the elevator as much as possible (one was out of order for much of our stay). The shower lacked privacy. Neither of these issues affected our stay, which was very pleasant.

Nice hotel no water, elevator didn't work.
Hotel could be better. It claims to be the best in town. It could be if amneties worked. Every day the elevator stops working close to evening till next morning. Was out of water for a day. First off the room I booked was not the one I received. No fridge in the room. Despite all of this the hotel looked like a new build very clean and good structure.

Nice hotel but needs work.
It was ok, but we had bad experience with the elevator, first it wasn't working and we were at the 3rd floor, then my brother and nephews got stock inside of the elevator for almost 30 min. Also the continental breakfast is only coffee and bread ojh and a plate of fruit.
