The staff is always friendly, professional, and incredibly accomodating-no matter what we need, they go above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable. This location is great, with beautiful views and easy access to restaurants, cinemas, and tourist sites. The rooms are always clean and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere is warm and inviting. This hotel is our first choice, and they never dissapoint. We highly recommend the Waterfront Hotel to anyone looking for a great stay in Burlington!"
