Parking is tough and there is a little rough area around the hotel. But clean, quiet, and friendly staff.

The area around the hotel looked & felt a bit unsafe, and upon checking in we were told that all of the entry doors are kept locked at all times. The room was very clean and nice with the staff very friendly

Close proximity to Ball Arena
Hotel was close proximity to Ball Arena. We were in town to see a concert. We plan to stay again in the fall when we travel up to Denver for another concert.

Overall stay was nice, however the area doesn’t look or feel safe. Loitering on nearby areas. The first time we left the hotel, there were 6 Denver PD cars assisting at a store across the street. Also, I think the price is outrageous. Yes, it’s close to Empower Field, but so is Fairfield which looks much newer, nicer and half the price. Hampton Inn has been my go-to for a number of years, but this one on Speer and Zuni misses the mark.
