From the first view to the first visit everything was exactly as promised . The rooms were extremely clean as were the grounds and buildings. The fire pit is a great place to hang out and watch the stars. The pool area is immaculate and well stocked. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Will definitely be back again.

Nice little motel for the price. Normally stay at Hiltons but this place was a nice little surprise. Staff was super friendly and the place was clean.

Carolina Motel is one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed. The guy that runs it is great and very helpful with knowledge of the area restaurants and activities. The pool area is well kept and towels were provided poolside. The no smoking rules are strict but are for the common courtesy of your night neighbors and staff. They do provide a designated smoking area with a fire pit and chairs. I would highly recommend Carolina Motel

Very cozy old style motel. Single story with chairs and tables outside the rooms. Clean as a pin. Super nice and helpful staff. They have a great fire pit. 24hour store right next to the place for any of your needs. The place to be in Franklin.

It was clean, but very outdated. Additionally, there was a permanent staying on the carpet. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. They charge for extra people, including infants.

Lovely privately operated property. Very clean and comfortable room. We had a very spacious king room with 4 seating options including a nice rocking recliner. The furniture was dated, but that is part of the charm of this very well managed retro, drive up to your room motor inn. There are many eating options within a short drive. I will definitely stay here again if I'm in the area. A great value!
