I believe this property can do so much more. The carpet in the room had several snags, paint all around the hotel- very poorly and sloppily painted. The beach area needs better maintenance- it was sloppy. Elevators look untidy and sometimes the number pressed does not take. Rooms need updating and more care in the details. The pool area was very nice and the water pressure and temperature were great.

Great property. If you don’t have a car there’s not a lot around, and there’s not a lot of options on DoorDash. Pool, ocean, and everything else was great.

I don’t like the fact that we rent there and we have to pay parking. I think it shouldn’t be that way. I think if we are renting there, it shouldn’t be no need for park renting but other than that I had a great time but I wouldn’t go back just because of parking but I love your Airbnb had nothing to do with your room. It was beautiful clean and I left the clean and the shower Nice and clean

Primero q nada teniamos 3 habitaciones reservadas, Joseph Mena, Eveline Mena y Johanna Mena ya q es uno d nuestros favoritos. Esta vez desde q m entregaron el primer cuarto puerta descuadrada, habitaciones sin cerrradura y abandonadas sin ningun tipo d seguridad. Se hablo con el gerente muy amable el nos otorgo late check out al otro dia y verificar 2 hab mas. la del piso 2 una peste a humedad terrible, la d piso 659 q fue la q elegimos puerta d baño totalmente descuadra. Al parecer entre house keeping y mantenimiento no hay comunicacion. La habitacion 660 totalmente remodelada bella pero sin ningun tipo d cerradura ni seguridad, d hecho entramos. El domingo era late check out ya a las 12:30 no se podia entrar el cuarto el cual no entiendo como mencione antes teniamos hasta la 1:30 para entragar. Tristemente esta vez no fue una experiencia tan agradable tan asi q no lo estamos considerando para la proxima ocacion. Este año nos quedamos en mas d 2 ocaciones y utilizando mas d 1 habitacion. Recuerden es un hotel familiar y entiendo q hay muchas fallas. D hecho la puerta hacia la piscina apenas abre. Muchos d los lobbys cuando sales del elevador a la derecha paredes con filtraciones tan asi q ya las alfombras estan manchadas. Pobre mantenimiento.

The pool is a nice size however it was always dirty. The rooms are so outdated ( seriously 70s or 80s) needs renovations badly. The bowling alley and casino is nice and updated. I wouldn't stay there again.
