Fully furnished kitchen with dishwasher and everything you need to make meals. You can sit on the covered deck furnished with a table and chairs, and a gas grill. Very Nice property and location. Set on side of mountain with nice deck overlooking hill city and 1880 train depot. Everything was spotless, including the clothes washer and dryer. We would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I spent four nights at this great property. It was very spacious, super clean, and the location couldn’t be beat. It was just the two of us, but this place would be great for two couples or a family. We loved the deck which overlooked Hill City. Can’t recommend it enough.

Perfect Condo
Hill City is the perfect location to take in all of the Black Hills adventures. Our condo was absolutely perfect and Julie was always within reach if any issues had come up. It is a beautiful place to unwind and relax after a full day. Restaurant are close and very good. You won’t be disappointed! We plan on coming back next year!

this was a great location, the host takes very good care of her place, lots of extra touches, coffee, good cooking utensils and pots and pans. If you are running the marathon the finish line and bus pick up are very close( walking distance although the walk back after the race might hurt). this is also a great location for home base to see all this area has to offer!

This property was great! It looks just like the pictures. It’s very clean with comfy beds and many extras. Julie is a wonderful host and is very easy to communicate with. The best part was the amazing views from the covered deck! It’s in a great location within a walk to restaurants and shops. We will definitely stay here again!!

Awesome stay with great view of Hill City
We absolutely loved this property! The view on the deck of Hill City is awesome! The place is cozy, comfortable and very clean and has anything you need in the kitchen if you want to cook. A big shout out to Julie who was a great host and if you need anything she gets back to you right away! We will definitely be coming back here to stay!

Absolutely beautiful. From the moment you walked in to the cozy home and amazing views of Hill City. Julie was the best help. Gave us great info if things to do, places to eat. But coming home each night was just the best, relaxing, cozy warm. Can’t wait for our next visit!!!

Best Views if Hill City & 1880 Train
The home is beautiful & has awesome views of Hill City & the surrounding mountains/hills! I love the 1880's Train & I enjoyed being able to watch it come & go! But I will also have to add that the home is very soundproof & the train whistle wasn't really noticed as long as you weren't listening for it. I can't wait to go back when we have more time to spend. Jo

This is a must stay when visiting the Black Hills.
What a great place to stay! I would highly recommend for anyone wanting a nice place to stay while visiting the Black Hills. Everything was so homey and clean. 2 baths, 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen (fully stocked with everything you would ever need for cooking), a beautiful deck overlooking Hill City, double car garage, etc.

Great location to visit the Black Hills!
We really enjoyed the house in Hill City. The view was great and the grill on back deck was nice for relaxing nights at the end of the day! Highly recommend! Great places to eat and a nice town to walk around. So much to see in this area!
