Very nice studio apartment.
Mandy is an excellent host. The upgrades and renovations made to the apartment in the last 3 years are excellent. The rental was very clean as well. I would stay again. The only drawback was the noisy neighbor next door. This individual talked loudly all hours of the day and his dog was barking it sounded like on the lanai in the middle of the night. I would suggest that the property management be told of this person's inconsideration of others.

Condo close to downtown Hilo
This condo was conveniently located and the bed was very comfortable, but overall it was disappointing. The complex was somewhat shabby and seemed to be residential. The unit next to ours had a dog that barked at times. We didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen wasn't adequately supplied with utensils. We were very busy and didn't spend much time in the condo, so it was adequate for our 3-night stay.

Convenient location
We spent the night on our way from the airport to Volcanoes Ntl Park and thr location was very convenient. Easy to find, clean, and quiet. A quick walk to Ola Brewing made for easy dinner as well.

Central Hilo location, nice quiet location
We enjoyed a short stay at this apartment for a sports competition. Its location is close to many activities in Hilo. It is quiet apartment complex with easy and ample parking near entrance of building.

This was a fairly convenient condo to find. Parking was close to stairs to suite. Check in went smooth. There was sometimes delayed communication with owner. Over all our stay was good.
