Welcome to the BESTNEST/Luxe at 1880 Beachside Tennis Villas in Sea Pines (247 South Sea Pines Drive). Just completely and beautifully renovated.

1880 Beachside Tennis is a wonderfully comfortable villa and we have filled it with every amenity we appreciate when we vacation. The sweeping view of the Atlantic Ocean and Calibogue Sound is stunning and visible from nearly every room. The 180+ degree water views are only available on the 4 "corner" units at Beachside Tennis.

The superb South Beach location (oceanfront, 4th floor corner WITH ELEVATOR) and comfort of this villa make it a star on our roster of often re-visited properties. We've just installed all new smart TV's and offer high speed WiFi with secure connection. Plus- the beach and oceanfront pool are literally right outside your door.

This villa boasts an exceptionally outfitted kitchen with all new appliances, opening into a dining area with seating for 6, and beyond to the living area and wrap-around waterfront balcony.

The spacious living area features a 75" LCD flat screen HDTV, Sonos sound, and BluRay.

Two bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queens) each boast the comfiest bed linens we could find, with fluffy pillows as well as all digital TV and Netflix. The bathrooms are fully renovated and sparkling clean. There is also in-unit laundry and whole-house water filtration.

Please inquire for a complete list of Luxe amenities including Kiehl's and Mrs. Meyers products, and to speak with a specialized BESTNEST/Luxe Concierge.

PAYMENTS: 50% due upon booking. Full amount due at 29 days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You may cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund up to 30 days prior to arrival. 14-30 days prior to arrival date you may cancel and receive 50% refund. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Simply head down the elevator or stairs and across the boardwalk-- and you're there!

POOL: Oceanfront -- Pool open April - September (not heated).

PETS: So sorry, we only accept human guests at this villa.

WHAT’S INCLUDED: Your property will come stocked with all of the household amenities you will need for the duration of your stay, including trash bags, dish soaps, perfume free laundry products, paper towels, bath tissues, hand and bar soaps, even coffee supplies. We also stock beach toys, beach chairs and umbrellas, even a mini Shibumi beach shade. All you have to do is come and enjoy.

Fantastic Beach Side Rental
Have to say it's one of the nicest, if not the nicest rental me and my family have ever been to. From head to toe the condo was spotless and everything was labeled so no guess work when putting back towels or dishes. The balcony was ocean front and everyday there were multiple dolphin sightings. We actually booked a dolphin excursion and it wound up right at the condo. 5 stars all around, you won't be disappointed.

Great condo and incredible view. We were very impressed with the interior design, quality of furnishings, cleanliness and most importantly the view. We def plan on a return visit. Also, great location...we had my elderly parents join us and the unit was very convenient to the elevator and that was a really helpful bonus.

Stayed at this clean, renovated beautiful condo with 2 college kids for a long weekend first time in HH. Communication from property management was excellent. Property feels recently renovated & was very comfortable with gorgeous water & sunset views. It’s walking distance to salty dog area & brand new Pickleball courts. Great Way to Hilton Head
Wonderful property in a great community, directly on the beach. Particularly nice if you like the calmer part of the coast, and don't intend on getting into the water. 10 min drive to the active part of the beach, and other island activities. Loved that the Salty Dog restaurant is a 7 min walk from the condo.

Spectacular Condo
I chose this condo because of the photos I viewed online. it looked really nice. It was pricey, but compared to the other options I thought the higher price was warranted.The minute I walked into the unit I was giddy with excitement as the actual condo in person far exceeded the photos represented online. The views were breathtaking. The furnishings are much nicer than I expected. It looked like a warm and inviting home. Artwork, coffee table books, beautiful decor all around. High quality bedding and the comfort of the mattresses was so appreciated. The LED fireplace is so cool and added such a warm cozy feeling to the living room. The kitchen was unbelievable. The leathered granite, and stylish cabinetry was beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped. I was able to prepare a dinner the first night and we enjoyed the cozy dining area and the beautiful sunset from the panoramic windows. The huge tv in the living room as well as tvs in each of the bedrooms was a treat. You can tell that the owners of this unit worked hard to create an enjoyable stay for themselves or guests. I would highly recommend this condo. It is spectacular.
