I was very happy to know that this hotel does daily housekeeping - even without asking for it! The rooms have all been renovated and they have very comfy pillows and beds. The breakfast was pretty standard among hotels, but what I did notice was decent coffee, fresh bagels, Nutella, fresh fruit and juices. A bit higher upscale on the breakfast menus of most. Huge TV, asy to navigate, lots of closet/storage...and a split bathroom.

Could use a few more parking spots given we had to pay for parking. Front desk recommended we call Hargrave for tech support for internet connectivity for our external internet TV. Hargrave's tech support was useless. The tech provided zero support. We needed Internet TV to work as cable channels were very limited. Last year we stayed at this property when it was a Best Western and they had numerous cable channels and we connected to our Internet TV device for our Canadian sports channels with no issues. Otherwuse a great hotel.

DON’T STAY HERE. Property looks fine on the outside. Our room appeared clean, but was not maintained as far as plumbing and air conditioning. Very unconcerned and unfriendly staff. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Our weekend getaway was wonderful here. It was very clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very nice. The staff was very courteous and friendly. We would definitely return for another weekend away from it all!!

Didn't have room ready by 3pm. Fan in bathroom was always blowing. TV was a bit complicated. Maids still using noisy roller carts. Shower handles about to pull off. Breakfast was just bagels and muffins. Parking was mostly in a dirt lot. I stayed here when it was a BW. They might have dolled it up a bit. Bed was nice. Ac good.
