What a gem!!
This place was absolutely lovely with anything you need available to you! The most impressive part, though, was the owner! Karen was so incredibly communicative and kind and went out of her way to make sure that everything we could need to know or use was readily accessible, which enabled us to have a really wonderful family beach vacation! We were so impressed and sure hope to return!

Place was better than advertised. Property 913986, with Karen.manager. Karen went above and beyond what we expected. Little issue with TV and it was taken care of immediately. We have already booked for next year !! We are at a loss for words as to how we were treated and enjoyed every second of our stay.

Best place on this resort
We’ve been coming to the tennis club resort every summer for years now and this rental was by far the best one yet for many reasons: Location-Being on the end and on the first floor is convenient and quiet. Updates everywhere-from having a full size fridge with a built in ice maker to an beautifully tiled walk-in shower with good water flow and temperature, are examples of the care for every detail. We had no problems whatsoever. Communication was quick and questions answered promptly. The atmosphere is clean and relaxing. The bed and couch are comfortable. We hope to stay here again next year!

Quiet condo! Short walk to pool and beach! No hot pavement to get there. Walk behind building C on the grass and you are at the pool and the beach! I would highly recommend this condo to couples who want a peaceful and relaxing stay at the beach.

Great location
I really thought this place was even better in person. The perfect beach condo stay especially for a couple and maybe even a family of 4 with 2 little ones that can sleep on a pullout bed. Everything was nice. I enjoyed how close to the beach this place was. The pool and restaurant area were great as well. Easy to stay put in the resort without having to leave. Karen was very responsive and open about when checkin was and how early checkin was a possibility IF the cleaners were early. I appreciated how simple checkout was as well. Many places will have a huge list. Karen had a simple 3 step process. This was a great stay and I would highly recommend this for your future Hilton Head stay.

Quick Getaway
My husband and I wanted a nice place to relax for a weekend alone and we stumbled across this cozy place. The room was perfect!!! The location was perfectly located for the beach, dining, shopping and relaxing. Our check in process was simple. When we entered the room I have to admit I was taken back by the fact the bed was right there as you entered. Obviously the owner had nothing to with the layout of the place, but that wasn't what I was expecting. However Karen had the place decorated so comfy and cozy. Everything was nicely put together. The kitchen area was soo cute and had everything we needed and perfectly place. The bathroom had a spa like feel which I appreciated. This placed catered to all of my OCD needs. Everything was neatly placed and labeled. There was perfect symmetry throughout the whole space. I'm unsure if it was intentional or not BUT it absolutely worked for me. If I come back to Hilton Head I would definitely come back to THIS spot. If I had to recommend something to the add awesomeness of this place it would simply be to add more wash cloths. There were only 1 per guest. (If there were some elsewhere I didn't see them). The resort was nice, clean and peaceful. I would definitely recommend staying here specifically in Karen's unit.!!

Just what was needed....
The villa was clean, peaceful and nicely appointed. I really enjoyed how close it was to parking, to the beach & pool, as well as the location on hhi, didn't have to hassle with traffic further down the island. Close to grocery and plenty of bike trails. Being in the end unit on the main floor was so nice and there is a great breeze on the porch and afternoon shade. Totally felt safe! Was just a beautiful place to relax.

Flingo Beach Destination
We loved this property. We were able to park so close to the door of the unit. The unit was well furnished with a comfortable, clean couch and recliner, as well as a very good mattress on the queen bed. We had ample towels for a 5 day stay. The resort has a very large, nice pool with an on-site restaurant and bar. The walk to the beach was easy. We would stay again in the future.

Perfect in every way!
My husband and I celebrated our 25th anniversary in this wonderful condo that was perfect in every way! We loved the updates to the condo, which was extremely clean, and anything you needed was at your fingertips. We enjoyed the breeze on the patio and the short trip to the beach. We absolutely would love to return again one day!! Karen was an amazing host too, answering any questions we may have had!! This is a wonderful condo!!! Can’t wait to return!!

Amazing family vacation
We visited Hilton Head Island for the first time as a family trip for spring break and loved every minute of it! We have two small girls so it was convenient to have the pack n play, wagon for the beach, and all the necessities to cook dinners. We loved that the condo was a short walk to the beach every day. Perfect getaway!
This condo was very clean and had so many amenities. The bed was very comfortable. The unit is perfect for 2 people. We made the majority of our meals here but an oven would have been a nice addition. The balcony was a nice quiet private place to read. The resort was very secure with conscientious staff controlling the entrance. We would definitely come back again!

A great getaway spot
Such a perfect getaway. I spent 7 blissfully quiet days here over Christmas week. The unit is as pictured, is well cared for, and has everything — you just need to do a grocery run. Bring your Netflix/Hulu/other passwords to activate on the Roku TVs. Easy access to the wide, walkable beach; great pool; ample parking; friendly security; and the neighbors mind their own business. Owner’s instructions were timely and easy to follow. (If you can’t find the “handbook” check the coffee table drawer.) I hope to have a chance to return. Don’t hesitate — book this unit!!

Beautiful Condo
We had a great time at the Folly Field condo. Pros: It is very close to the beach. You only have to walk the length of the building and you are there! Everything was beautifully decorated and clean. Many extras were supplied like salt/pepper, coffee, sweetner, lots of pillows and blankets, games, books, dvds, etc. The beach wagon made it super easy to get everything to the beach. The bikes (two adult bikes) were in very good condition and were fun to ride on the trails. The shower is very nice and large. Lots of dresser space and closets. Very nice appliances. So many great restaurants in the area. Our favs were Truffles, Nectars, Crazy Crab and Janes. Great shopping with two Tangier outlets. Cons: No oven. Couch is uncomfortable. Would definitely recommend!
