You will enjoy this pet friendly 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo located on Hilton Head Island in Shipyard. This condo is located across from Sonesta Resort and a short walk or bike ride to the beach. One of the benefits to the Beachwalk two-bedroom condo is large back porch area to enjoy the Lowcountry air. This is also a first floor condo. (Note: There are 5 stairs you walk up to get to the front door as seen in the pictures).
The full kitchen provides ample space and facilities to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner. The master bedroom has been updated and has a beautifully tiled shower. Second guest room has two twin beds and has access to its own full bathroom . You also have access to a community pool, tennis courts, and short walk to the beach down a shaded path. It is an amazing place for you and your family to come and get away for a much needed family vacation.
Beachwalk villas are located in Shipyard Resort with community pool (200 ft from the condo) and very close to Van Der Meer world class tennis facilities. The pool is open April through October of each year. You can walk to the Sonesta Resort where they have several restaurants and a bar. Shipyard has wonderful beach access only a short walk away. (0.25 miles or a 5 minute walk or a quick bike ride). Shipyard has 27 holes of golf to enjoy and miles of bike paths under shaded live oaks and towering pine trees. Restaurants, beach, golf and tennis, Shipyard has all the amenities at your finger tips.

PET POLICY: There is a $200 non-refundable deposit for each dog brought with you. This is added for the 1st pet automatically. If you have additional pets, there will be an additional charge of $150 for each additional pet. There will also be a separate pet contract for you to agree to. Thanks for understanding! Guidelines for dogs staying at Property 143 Beachwalk, Hilton Head:
1. Dogs should be leashed at all times while outside. This is different if you are on the beach, and the rules are posted at the beach.
2. Pet waste must be collected and disposed of properly.
3. Do not allow dogs on the furniture or beds.
4. Dogs should not be left alone to bark inside the home while owners are absent.
5. Dogs must be on a flea maintenance treatment.
6. Be Our Guest will inspect the property the day of departure. Be Our Guest will do
an inspection for torn rugs, furniture or damaged doors/walls. An inspection will
also be done on rugs and floors.
7. There will be a non-refundable pet deposit of $200 for the 1st dog and $150 for the 2nd dog collected at time of booking. If pet related damages are found upon your departure, any cost for remedy will be assessed upon departure. These charges will be in addition to the pet deposit.
8. Any evidence of excessive dog hair on the floor or evidence of the dog in the bed will result in additional cleaning charges.
Just outside of Shipyard is the rest of beautiful Hilton Head Island. Over 60 Coligny shops and restaurants are a short ride away with casual dining and shopping for everyone. Sea Pines along with iconic Harbour Town is also just a short car ride away. Hilton Head offers over 30 golf courses in the area, over 400 tennis and pickle ball courts, 117 miles of wonderful bike paths and 17 miles of white sandy beaches. You can para sail, deep sea fish, jet ski, dine in casual and upscale restaurants, golf on championship golf courses and play on world class tennis courts.
**Shipyard Gate Pass and Parking. -There is a maximum of 2 cars allowed for this unit. If you are bringing more than 1 car please let me know 7 days in advance of your stay. There will be an additional $30 parking pass fee for the additional car. If you are staying over 30 days, please inquire about the cost of the car pass.
