• Always provided in every BESTNEST in quantity for your stay: beach chairs/umbrellas/sand toys/beach cart, beach towels, a supremely equipped kitchen (in quality and quantity), hand soap, dish soap, kitchen sponges, trash bags, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper, your favorite hair dryer ever, fragrance free laundry soap and dryer sheets, ziploc bags, coffee filters, cleaning supplies, loads of quality coat and skirt hangers, and a few surprises.

Our FAQ:

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Out the front door, turn left on the leisure trail. 5-7 minutes biking or 5 minutes walk and your toes are in the surf. Prefer to drive? DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB.

PETS: We welcome your well-behaved dog (small to medium sized) for $350 per dog, maximum 2. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. Dogs are never allowed on furniture or beds (or their humans have to pay a fine) and must be crated when left alone.

No pets in your party? No problem as there is NO pet evidence in this villa.

PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

We were very impressed with how the condo was decorated, all the finishes and attention to detail were nice. It also has an amazing view of the golf course, and it was great to be able to walk to the golf practice facilities and enjoy the clubhouse.

Met or exceeded expectations
Sometimes you see photos of a property online and then you get there and the photos were probably taken several years ago. This property was just as pictured. The management company furnished the condo with full bars of shea butter Dove soap and full bottles of shampoo. The towels were plush and plentiful. The beds were very comfortable. There were beach towels and beach chairs. We did not cook dinner in, but there were more than enough pots, pans and skillets to make any dish you wanted. Plenty of plates and silverware as well. The view was great, fourth floor overlooking the golf course. And if you play golf, you would walk to the course. And a great restaurant right there as well. Easy walk to the beach. Would definitely stay there again.

Hands down the best customer experience I’ve had in the 20 years coming to HHI. The Villa was as advertised and beautiful - I would rent it again. Fantastic for dogs and an easy walk to the beach. BestNest by Beverly Serral was an outstanding company and the welcome basket they left at the villa was a surprise and so appreciated after a long day on the road.

We had a great time. Condo was exactly as advertised. The lady at the office was very helpful. Four coffee cups at the condo meant we washed the cups often to reuse with 4 coffee drinkers. But the rest was great.

This property was perfect for our week. This is our 4th time to HH and we usually have a house with the family, this week was just my husband and I and the condo was perfect and in a wonderful location. We walked to the Beach Club and to Harbor Town. Beverly and her staff were prompt and responsive to our questions and the condo was great!

PERFECT VILLA IN A PERFECT LOCATION
We have been to HHI many times so we new the location of this property and it did not disappoint. It was incredible in every way. The villa was stocked with everything we could possibly need and not one thing was overlooked. We will definitely return and Beverly Serral was the best property manager we have ever rented with.

Family get away with pets
It was a really nice rental especially for a family with two dogs. It was in great shape and clean. It was also an easy walk to the beach. I just didn't enjoy hearing all the golf crew preparing the golf course at 7 in the morning--otherwise pretty perfect.

Very nicely furnished and appointed property. Extremely comfortable and unit is well maintained (although the building requires some maintenance and updating). We were disappointed that the pool was closed for the season during our stay (not advertised) and that the beach access is a quarter of a mile walk from the property.
