The team there is lovely, though the rooms and hallways felt a little outdated and needed some TLC. I think they’re in the process of renovating, so I’m sure when it’s all done, it’ll be lovely. The public amenities, like the pool and tiki bar are awesome!

Nice getaway
We had a great time. Only a couple things that weren’t ideal, but management rectified the situation and made it better. Our AC went out on our second day, so we had to change rooms. They were able to transfer us to a similar room and for the inconvenience gave us complimentary breakfast (which was amazing by the way). All amenities were clean. We enjoyed access to the beach, pool, and restaurants. Drinks and food were pricey (but so is everything these days). The staff was very helpful and friendly. No complaints to speak of!

Loved the place! The rooms were clean, nice! Staff were amazing. Very convenient location, right on the beach, walking distance to shops and dining. Beach during the day then the pool right after. Definitely staying here every time we come.

Great location for the beach. Loved having a pool, hot tub, and the Tiki Bar for entertainment. Staff were all helpful and friendly. Would definitely return!

We enjoyed having the Tiki Bar restaurant right on the beach and being able to enjoy our time renting chairs and getting on beach drink service. Such a great time my wife and I had here for our night out… without the kids !

Nice resort hotel. The 2 dining options were nice, the live music at the Tiki hut was a bit loud for guests with ocean views, but they cut off at 10 exactly, so not too bad. The view of the beach feom our room was very nice. The staff were VERY friendly and nice.

Great place bad business practices
Wife and I come to Hilton Head all the time. Decided to stay at the Beach House for a weekend get a way. It’s close to food, bar, ocean, live music etc. We were charged 200 dollars food/bar to our room from someone other than us. The bar also charged cc even though we paid cash. So if you’re reading this- pay cash for everything. I don’t trust this place at all right now. Especially when it’s hectic. Room charges for food and bar need be to verified via an actual ID for last names. Especially if it’s 2 different business identities. That’s a start…

For the money i spent the hotel room was terrible, needed to be updated. Looks old and worn out. Rust every where. Corners of room dirty and black looking. Toilet , tub and door frame had rust on it. Walls had stain spots.
