Our stay here in January was very good. Overall we would give this 5 stars. Cleanliness was about a 4 Star. The food at The Porch was good. We understand they are struggling with different chefs daily now… we only have one issue with breakfast. They are doing a good job overall. Very convenient to walking to shops and res. We absolutely LOVE Hilton Head Could very easily see calling this place home. Looking forward to our next visit.

The Beach House has been our go-to for many years. Oceanfront and newly renovated, it's always a great choice. We got upgraded to an ocean view room, which was nice. Friendly staff too--shout-outs to Corina, Doug and Kevin!

Loved our stay here!
We arrived late in the evening and was greated very warmly by Karine (probably spelt wrong). She made genuine small talk with me and ended up epgrading our room to have bunk beds for my children. She made their night! The direct and close access to the beach was amazing! The grounds were very well maintained. We didn't get to use the pool but it looked beautiful. The building is older but adorably decorated. My only negatives were the floor didn't feel clean enough, almost greasy feeling (we just wore socks at all times), there was no microwave in the room but later learned there is one available in the lobby and breakfast at the porch was a overpriced. Breakfast for a family of 4 was $90 and the biscuits and gravy were not for me. Everything else was delicious; the eggs benedict, kids waffle and avacodo bagel starter. Great loaction! We would love to go back!
