Renovated Beach Retreat w/ Tennis, Pool, & More!

Summary:
Look no further for your Hilton Head Island Beach Retreat! Our recently renovated 2/2 is conveniently located next to the tennis courts and has many amenities for the perfect vacation retreat! The resort includes a large swimming pool, beach access, tennis courts, pickle ball, volleyball, a children's park, fitness center, bike rentals and resort restaurants! When not out exploring all of the many activities, relax in our fully stocked beach villa.

The Space:
Inside:
Our newly renovated 2/2 is designed with families in mind. Upon walking in, you'll be greeted by the open layout and light and airy space. The Master Bedroom features a King size bed, tv and en-suite bathroom, while the guest has a Queen bed with tv. The living room is equipped with a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping arrangements and plenty of seating to accommodate a larger family. The open concept kitchen with dining table ensures all of the family can enjoy cooking, while still being able to enjoy each others company.

Outside:
Step outside onto our balcony and catch the action from the tennis courts. When not staying in, the resort has many outdoor activities to enjoy. Cool off at the pool or beach or rent bikes and explore Hilton Head Island. Sports enthusiasts will have their selection of tennis, pickle ball, volleyball, and basketball all located on the property. Golf courses are a quick drive away as well!

Getting Around:
The resort has everything you need to never get in your car. But to get out and explore, we recommend having a car.

Other Things to Note:
THERE ARE NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED.

Pets are NOT allowed per the resort pet policy. The resort does not support Emotional Support Animals and will fine the guest $250 per day if the resort policy is violated.

Parking for ONE car included in reservation. Additional car parking is $35 per car.

You will need to climb several steps to access the first floor. There is no elevator.

A pack n play can be provided upon request with advanced notice. Please let us know if you will need this for your stay.

Worth it
We had a great stay, lots of space and not cramped. Location was perfect and had short walks to everywhere in the resort and beach. Id reccomend checking in closest to 4 as possible as there was a communication problem. Other issues that occured during the trip were solved within a few hours.

Great unit in the perfect location!
This was our first trip to Hilton Head & we loved it! Our unit was updated and loved the proximity to the beach as it was only a short walk away. The kids enjoyed having the tennis courts so close as well. We did have trouble checking into the property and had an issue with the AC not working during our stay, but the property managers were quick to respond and fixed the problems quickly. We would recommend!!

Wonderful Condo
This condo was beautifully decorated, clean and was at a great location. The things that make this stand out from other rentals was the extras provided. Beach towels, beach chair, pickleball racquets and balls and tennis rackets were all provided. Also the beds were very comfortable. The owners texted and available with any questions or issues. I would definitely recommend this property!

My wife, daughter and I had a great stay at the condo. It was convenient and had great access to the beach and other local attractions. Having all the beach and baby equipment already in the unit was extremely helpful reducing extra effort on our part.

Host was super communicative and the unit had everything we needed. It wasn’t mentioned in the listing, and we were really excited to see that there was beach towels, chairs, a wagon, pool floats, an umbrella and all kinds of great stuff for enjoying the water.

There were 4 adults for our stay. Perfect size with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Condo was well stocked with plates, glasses, etc. We didn't cook meals, so I can't comment on pots & pans. There were chairs for the beach and beach towels provided. Owners were very quick to respond to questions. Pickleball courts were right behind the unit. If you're a fan or player, couldn't get any better a location. Only drawback was the blower clearing the court at 7:30am. Pool was beautiful with beach nearby. Unit on the 1st floor was also a plus!

Great find!
Our stay at the property was great! The unit was obviously renovated in the recent past and was clean and comfortable. The easy walk and direct beach access was absolutely perfect and with 2 kids and saved us from loading up the car with all the gear and getting the car all sandy! This was worth its weight in gold alone. We also recently started playing pickleball (for fun) so having the courts immediately outside the unit was also great! We could sit on the deck and keep our eye on the kids as they played just feet away. The only negative, which is out of control of the owners, was that the residents and serious pickleball players started playing at 8am each day, which was audible in the master bedroom. It was near impossible to get a court reservation for the kids to play before noon, but again, very minor inconvenience and the pros significantly outweighed the cons of this rental! Thanks for a great trip!

Oasis by the Ocean.
I have so many wonderful things to say about our experience. The host communicated with us throughout the stay. The rooms were nice, the appliances were new and perfect. The owner left snacks and beach gear which was unexpected -such a touch of class. Walking to the beach and pool was less than 5 minutes. We walked to dinner at the restaurant up the street the last night. We were close to multiple grocery stores, shopping etc. Food recommendation in the book were spot on ( we went to 2).

Family Beach Weekend - Hilton Head
We very much so enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit was spacious, nicely decorated and has a well appointed kitchen. We cooked mostly in and we were happy to find that there were plenty of cooking utensils, pans, dishes, etc.. Bonuses we found nice- There are games, we played UpWords and there is a high chair. Getting into the beach is pretty quick and easy walk up the path, through the parking lot and then across the boardwalk. We very much so enjoyed the lovely coastline. We also enjoyed exploring Hilton head . We went to Harbor town, The Pines, we took a dolphin cruise, which was amazing, played some mini golf at the local pirate golf course, and just explored. Things that would have improved the stay (though minor)- We would have liked more than one kitchen towel and extra trash bags, not a huge issue though. The bed linens are about due for replacement, & the sofa has some spots that you may want to take care of but it is quite comfortable and still looked quite nice. No fault to this owner, just a heads up- if you plan to do laundry, there are not washer or dryer in the unit however, there are on-site washers/dryers to use, managed by the complex. They were not working well. They are coin opp, but users were having issues with them eating coins and the load we washed was so-so. Overall this was a very nice stay. We would stay here again.

The location and amenities in this condo are top notch from the beach towels down to the well stocked kitchen. King and Queen bedrooms were a definite plus for our adult family. Beds could be a little more comfortable but nothing that ruined the stay. We had a beautiful weather week, amazing food, spotless condo upon arrival and attentive owners. I highly recommend this unit, you won’t find better.

Great property but front door doesn’t latch right
The pictures are very accurate! Lovely property and is relatively close to the beach. I’d say about a 5-10 mins walk to the beach! They provided us with a lot of beach items which was a huge plus. The front door doesn’t have a working dead bolt and the lock is electronic which worked about half the time. The floor was not swept and it was sandy. The rest of the condo was in perfect condition though! And it was awesome having kids plates and silverware. Would probably stay here again!

We loved the condo! The interior was so bright and airy with all modern details. Everything was amazing!!! The kitchen is perfectly gorgeous! The hot water stays hot in the showers! There were plenty of towels for our stay. We enjoyed the beach chairs and beach towels too. The snacks were such a nice touch and we appreciated them!
