Very nice stay
Very clean. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. It was 107 degrees outside and our room was nice and cool. Also, they gave us $15.00 free play each and $10.00 meal credits both days. I highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is staffed by a very kind gentleman at night! Our room smelled of smoke even though they are a 100% non-smoking facility, and he quickly and kindly moved us to another room bc I'm allergic to smoke. The hotel is clean and the beds are comfy! Great place to stay for sleeping only as the pool is dry.

No breakfast, no easy access to the property. Paid 109 for double queen room. It was humid, and none of the vending machines were in service. The pool was also closed for maintenance. Was not posted on Expedia. I left to another hotel and will be asking for at least a partial refund tomorrow.

When I arrived, the floor was wet half way into the room. When I told the desk worker, she rolled her eyes at me explaining it was the storms and rain. The solution was being put in a handicap access room which wasn't what I asked for but made the best of it. No reparations were made other than just putting me in the room. The next door neighbors were up all night and loud with the connecting door to the next room having no sound proofing. Didn't sleep at all and thankfully it was just one night. Won't be back

I was changed more than what it said it was going to be. There was a baby cockroach on the night stand. I had the A/C on 60 and it was hot in there The little soap dispensers that they have hanging on the wall was dripping in the bathtub. But I do have to say the Clerk that was working on 5/27/24 @ 9:13pm Monday night was Amazing. Amazing customer service.

very nice and inexpensive place to stay. We where going to stay 2 nights and go to a state park for a walking day the second day but very strong winds and stormy weather were coming in so we wanted to leave a day early and they promptly gave us our money back the the unused day

The property is out of date. The shuttle wait was a little long for it being less than a mile away from casino. No breakfast available with stay and discounts provided at time of check in. "stay and play" isn't available on concert weekends and that is part of the "allure" to stay at this location.
