Clean and good location
This hotel is in a great location, close to the train station and easy access to the tram system if you wish to take it to the Peace Park. Walkable to the shops and restaurants of the more central (?) area of downtown. The size of the room, well, it’s Japan. Two of us with one rolling duffel bag each was pretty cramped, but we made it work. The hotel is clean! It was nice to be able to do laundry in their machines.

Been here often and it never fails. If there is something then it is that the room was very smelly for a non smoking room and the bathroom as well. Otherwise this hotel never fails me. Will definitely stay again.

This APA hotel location wasn’t as nice as some others I have stayed in, but was decent overall. There were some stains on the walls of the hotel room, and the air conditioner had a musty smell to it when turned on. As a result, we didn't use the AC as much as we would have liked. The hotel is also very busy, so it may be hard to find non-crowded times for the public baths, and for the elevators. It is convenient for its location and proximity to Hiroshima Station and surrounding amenities. Overall, I think there may be other better hotel options for similar price in Hiroshima.

The check in process (mostly automated) was ridiculous. I had to scan my passport 4 times and my wife's too as well as entering all my details manually twice then my wife's. In the end staff had to do it anyway. Then my bags, which we'd dropped earlier weren't connected to that information. It was an unnecessary shambles and led to a long line of fellow travellers,, many of whom had similar issues. Worst check in to a hotel in my life. The staff were lovely and helpful but the system needs a complete rethink.
