Staff was very friendly. The hotel was nice and clean, but the bed was pretty uncomfortable and the pillow was very thin. Wifi was also really bad.

Great hotel and perfect location
Great hotel, the staff held on to my bags when I arrived early in the morning. Check in took seconds when I returned and they even took my bag up to my room. Location is perfect; just a few blocks from the entertainment district. I'd stay here again.

遅い時間の到着でしたが、可愛らしいスタッフの方が親切丁寧に応対してくれました。 アメニティや給水機など最低限の小物・設備が揃っており、室内のシャンプーなどの小物も結構質は高い方かと思います。 新築ホテルに比べると老朽感はありますが、これはこれで居心地の良さがあります。 駐車場がいっぱいで自腹となったのは残念でしたが、宿泊価格が安いので良しとしています。 総合すると泊まって良かったです。

繁華街から程よく近い割には騒がしくなく、何よりコスパ最高！　以前、広島で宿泊した際も安さで選んだのですが、そこは清潔さを感じられないホテルでした。今回も期待はしてなかったけど、パオさんは文句をつける点は何もなく快適に過ごせました。また広島に行く事があれば利用したいと考えております。

Basic hotel but is ok for 1 night
Only stayed one night and for that purpose it was fine. The room is old and I had to turn the refrigerator off because it was very noisy. It was quite hot in the room and not possible to open the window and I didn’t want to turn on the aircondition as it was directly above the bed and I didn’t want to catch a cold. I was placed in room X02 which is right next to the elevator and it makes noises all night so ask for a room that’s not next to the elevator. The hotel is situated very well and the staff was friendly. It was cheap so it was good value for money
