良い点は美味しいパン
部屋に入るとカーペットに水溜まり。 エアコンの調子が悪いとの事。 7月半ば、かなり暑いのでエアコンを付けない訳にはいかず、でも水がボタボタが落ち続け、なかなか寝付けず。 廊下を歩いていると、ポタッと冷たい物が頭に、、、廊下の空調の周りも水漏れの痕があり、赤くなっている部分も。 建物は綺麗な感じで、お掃除の方も良い方だったので残念。 それからフロントデスク。 チェックインを終えて、20分ほど経ってから質問したい事があったのでフロントデスクへ。 すると無人のフロントデスク(フロントの人がチェックインする時に顧客を確認するパソコンの前)に私のパスポートのコピーが、まだそのまま置いてありました。セキュリティ面は良くないと思いました。大事な個人情報です、誰にでも見れる所に不用心に置いてあるのは頂けないです。 しかもチェックインの時私のパスポートを確認したにも関わらず、"ooさんで合ってますか?"と全く違う人の名前を行ってきたのにはびっくりしました(性別も明らかに違うのに)。 唯一良い点は無料の朝食。 パンがすっごく美味しいです。

Easy walk from the station, approximately 10minutes. Convenient stores nearby and lots of food options near the station. I tried the capsule room and it was very roomy. I had a pleasant night as the other guests were also courteous and noise was kept minimal.

We're family of 4 pax and really glad to stay at Trust Hotel. Good value, clean room, spacious (extended makeup space from shower/bath room) for a family of 4 pax, nice breakfast, not aware there's a hot spring in facility, definitely an extra value added :)

Breakfast was a surprise as we didnt know it’s included in the room rate automatically. Sad thing is we didnt notice the onsen till day of check out. Would love to come back again.

Only two walking blocks from the train station. This is the neatest, cleanest, smelling good, Hotel in Japan. The bedsheets look so clean as if they where new.

Internet cafe with the private room is better than this hotel room. Doors are super goddamn loud and it doesn’t show that door in the pics. I feel very unsafe with the room because literally anyone can sneak in if I’m not there but they have CCTV at least at the hall way. Room is very dusty at the vent window.

A good base for a couple of days in Hiroshima. Just a 5 minute walk from the train station and the tour buses. Nice tidy simple hotel. Staff were really helpful especially when planning the day ahead.

Nice cabins but being ear plugs
The location was great - very close to the train station. The facilities were super clean and in nice condition. The staff were nice. I stayed in a cabin room with shared bathrooms. While everything was nice, the rooms had no soundproofing. I could hear people open and close their screens, snore, walking in the hall, rummaging through luggage, etc all night. Next time I stay, making sure I’d have comfy ear plugs

Sadly this is not the quietest capsule I've stayed in... the screens fail to keep the sound out...bathrooms are a trek from the room so if you've got to use them in the middle of the night be prepared to take a stroll... and finally lets talk about the neighborhood... if you want to be in the heart of the red light district this is the place to stay

This hotel really surprised me and exceeded my expectations. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and spacious. Many amenities are provided. There is a public bath, but it is small and gets crowded at night. And there are two washer/dry units as well. Breakfast is also included for free for all guests. I would definitely recommend this place to others and I will come back here the next time I visit Hiroshima.

Very nice hotel approx 600 meters from train.laege room.good size bed.window that slightly opens. Hugh bathroom with bath and wet shower. Separate toilet. Staff speak or understand little English. Little instructions tv etc are in English. No hooks or rails to hang towels or washing in room.breakfast disappointing. Little western type food. No cereal or yogurt or fruit.Great mens and women bathhouse downstairs.overall hotel was very good.exceptionly clean.

I stayed in their standard single room type. Very clean and surprisingly long room, self check-in and friendly staff when I accidentally forgot my keycard in the room, free breakfast starting from early in the morning, plenty of room amenities, and toiletries for you to take in the lobby.

Great modern hotel. No English spoken at all but check in and out is through a machine. Room clean & comfortable and 5 min walk to the JR station, great to take a train in the early morning. Breakfast was good. The Onsen wasn’t amazingly clean but was ok

部屋は広くて、とてもスッキリして使いやすいホテルでした。また、トイレとお風呂が別でゆっくりとお風呂に入る事ができ、凄く良かったです。 繁華街からは、ちょっと離れる為、行きたいお店に、行きはタクシーを駅前から使いましたが、1000円ちょっとでした。帰りは駅まで路面電車がある事に気がつき電車にのり駅まで２１０円でした。駅の改修工事のため、電車降りたところから、わかりにくく、多少は歩きましたが、許容範囲でした。 駅からも近く、とても便利が良いと感じましたが、近くにスーパーもしくは、コンビニがあればもっと良かったかな。 車で行ったので、駐車場は、近くのパーキングを使いましたが、こっちよりもあっちの方が、安いですよと、フロントの方に教えて頂き、本当に安かった！！ 無料朝ごはんもしっかり、美味しく頂きました。 全てにおいて、満足です。また広島に行く時は、泊まりたいと思います。 ありがとうございます。
